All customer must agree following
conditions and regulations:
- CocaShop payment Policy
No goods will be shipped until all payment has been cleared. This applies to all payment methods unless prior arrangements have been made with the CocaShop Sales Team.
- The accepted orders will be dispatched to the assigned address within the
following 48 hours on normal working days, which exclude holidays and weekends.
Normally all orders before 16.00 hours (GMT -05.00) are dispatched the same
day.
- The maximum weight for each order is 20 Kg including tare (70 g.) Orders
over 20 Kg. should be placed simultaneously, in units of less than 20 kg. Or,
please contact us to establish an alternative method of shipment.
- Delivery Time
When you place an order with Compras Peru, we provide and estimated shipping and delivery time based on the availability of your merchandise and the shipping option you choose. Some restricted products like cactus could delayed more days because these items require aditional papers for shipping.

- National and International shipping is using courier express EMS
International and/or the regular post from the Peruvian Post (Serpost del Peru).
Customers should select the type of shipment.
- Liability on delivery dates are the sole responsibility of the courier,
Serpost del Peru and your local courier. Delivery is about Six (6) working days
for EMS International Express Courier and 20 / 30 through regular post.
- All products are packaged with quality standards here at our facility. Your
parcel is subject to customs inspections at your port of entry and CocaShop
can not be held responsible for damaged articles or seizures by your country
officials We don't refund or resend orders if they are seized at customs of your country.
- Customs declaration and all the documents related to the shipping are
included. However it is possible that some countries require additional
information from the client or tax payments at customs in order to clear the
shipment. In these cases the customer is fully responsible to provide any
documentation or payment at customs. We don't refund or resend orders if they are stopped at customs of your country.
- In all cases, shipping costs are not
refundable.
- If the shipment is refused or ignored by the customer, the courier will make
contact again within the next 5 days in order to arrange another delivery date.
Failing this, the order will be returned to our shop. Should the client require
the order again, the customer should pay for all further costs incurred.
- Customers are responsible to inquire about prohibited products on their
countries. If order is rejected on custom because the product ordered has
rectrictions, our company not refund order amount and we NOT resend orders.
- If the product should be delivered to the client with any imperfection or
the delivery order does not match the original order. A devolution form is
available for the client to fill in.
- The customer is able to exchange the products for others of the same or
higher value from our virtual shop only if the product has not been opened or
altered. US$ 25 for operation and costs will be charged. A form for exchanges is
available.
- Application forms for exchanging products must be sent within the 48 hours
after receipt of the order.
- For your security please open the parcel in front of the courier and write
down any deficiencies you might find.
- Order Cancellation Fee
Customer can cancel his order before courier pick up the parcel from our store. There is a no refundable fee (7.5%) for each cancelled order.
- Limitation of Liability
- CocaShop takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with couriers. Liability for delivery dates is the sole responsibility of the courier and your local courier.
- CocaShop may change without notice courier pricing to come into line with any price increase courier may inform us.
- Customers are responsible to inquire about prohibited products on their countries. If order is rejected or seized at customs because the product ordered has rectrictions, CocaShop not refund order amount and don't resend your order.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- CocaShop Returns Policy
- You may return most items sold by CocaShop Shop within 3 days of delivery for request the product refund refund.
- If the return is not due to our error and we covered shipping cost, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
- If a refund is due, it will be done in the same form of payment originally used for purchase and within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
- A 30% restocking fee will apply to any goods that have been opened.
- A flat $25.00 fee will apply for all parcels returned.
- We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
