- Serpost del Peru (National peruvian post office) through
the services:
- EMS, Express Mail Service in agreement with many
countries, the delivery takes less than a week to most countries with online
tracking
- Regular Mail. Slower. It may take until 30
working days. It doesn't have online tracking ans we can't accept complaints
if you use this shipping method.
- DHL, Online tracking and the delivery takes less than a
week for most countries

If you never recive your order because courier lost it, you could choose that we ship you a new order for free or refund your money paid for your order.
Refund or reshipment only apply to lost parcels but not to seized parcels. |

We enclose all legal papers into your parcel: custom declaration, invoice, certificates.... but if your parcel is seized by customs (this is possible for several reasons) please note that we don't refund or resend orders seized.
Customers are responsible to inquire about prohibited products on their countries.
If order is rejected on custom because the product ordered has rectrictions, our company not refund order amount and we don't resend orders. |

| 14. What is your policy if I don't want sign the parcel, if i reject the delivery or I'm not at home on the delivery date? |
This situation is fully under your responsability.
The carrier will contact you to schedule a new delivery date but you can contact with courrier office to pickup the delivery.
If you reject or don't pick the package, it will be return to our company. Due to peruvian customs charge us an amount for the returned packages, there's no refund of the money you have paid or resend of the package.
You'll have to place a new order. |
